The goal for every caregiver is to ensure qualify of life, dignity and protection for as long as practicably possible for their friend or family member.  What exactly that entails covers a wide spectrum and differs with every unique situation.

     I’m sure every caregiver has faced the experience of just getting one situation resolved only to be faced with yet another.  Wouldn’t it be great if you could get help on a wide variety of senior issues from a single point of contact ---- AT NO COST?  Wouldn’t it be reassuring to have someone there to help YOU provide the necessary quality help for your loved one?  And wouldn’t it be helpful to have someone available to make you aware of services that exist or products that are available to help you navigate difficult situations?

     At Baby Boomers & Beyond Realty we feel the time has come for real estate agencies to respond to the needs of the caregivers and provide services that are not just limited to the selling of the real estate.  Baby Boomers & Beyond Realty has taken the unique approach of providing a no fee paid Network of Professional Providers in 35 distinct categories in senior and senior-related areas.  As such, we have become that single point of contact for caregivers.  Our network includes:  Senior Law Attorneys, General Practice Attorneys, Financial Planners, CPAs, Independent Living Facilities, Home Health Care Providers, Adult Day Care Services, Alternative Placement Liaisons, Professional Organizers, Home Stagers, Handyman Services, AARP Safe Driving Programs, just to name a few.   Our goal is to provide caregivers with a high quality option to flipping through the Yellow Pages in search of a solution.

     Our Network has professionals who can assist in services related to aging in place with dignity, in the selection of and transition to an alternative living facility and, of course, in every aspect of the sale of real estate.

     In your role as caregiver, in your search for information, options and solutions  you are faced every day with questions as to “Who do I …”, “What do I …”, “Where do I…”.

• Baby Boomers & Beyond Realty, in conjunction with Valley Care Association, is co-sponsoring a monthly Caregiver Support Group at Valley Care's Adult Daycare Center - Moon Township - 650 Cherrington Parkway,  Moon Township, PA  15108.  Meetings will be from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and light refreshments will be provided.  Free on-site respite services for older adults will be available during the meeting.  Advance reservations are required.
